Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. If this policy affects you, act now to change the email address that is associated with your Oracle (and community) account. PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC)

When trying to open a report from Report Manager through direct URL, it opens the F5 url signon age.

We are on PeopleTools 8.55.15 and HCM 9.2 (24). I am encountering couple of issues related to Report Manager.

Issue # 1 : When trying to open a report from Report Manager through PeopleSoft direct URL, it opens the F5 url signon age.

Issue # 2 : After the database refresh, when opening the old reports through the Report Manager, it goes to previous database signon page.

Please let me know the steps to resolve these issue.
