Approval Of TDS Invoices (India - TDS Approval) -- This request running with Pending Normal status

Hi Team,

Approval Of TDS Invoices  (India - TDS Approval) -- This request running with pending Normal status for quite long time. Due to this one other request are blocking.

If I terminate this one remaining completing normal.

I don't have Invoice Approval workflow. so I do not checked this check box "Create Pre-Approved TDS Invoice & Credit memos" in common configuration in Oracle financial India.

Please help me, Thanks in Advance.
