Forward vs Retry activity
Hi,
We have customized requisition approval workflow.
Sometimes users are requesting to resend the approval notification email as most of our users provides approvals via email.
Currently Workflow admin is going to notification in workflow activity history and using 'Forward' option to resend the email to the user.
But sometimes there are issues with action history and approval list gets wiped out .
We are recommending workflow admin to use 'Retry' activity to resend email notification rather than 'Forward'.
Can you please suggest which one is the best way to resend notification ?
Note : Admin is forwarding the notification original recipient again.
