Contextual related content on fluid page

I am looking for documentation on adding "contextual related content" on a fluid page. I have tried following the delivered Oracle support documentation, but, did not succeed in getting it to work. It would be helpful to see an example of what is needed on the fluid page and the configuration in the "assign related content". The purpose of this related content is Tips and Links to documentation related to the page.
