Is it possible in PeopleSoft to require a TIN (Tax payer Identification Number)?

Is it possible in PeopleSoft to require a TIN (Tax payer Identification Number) on the supplier file?  I'm aware of the duplicate checking, but I would like to require a TIN on all of our suppliers.
