PAYMENT_ID_CUST.CUST_ID field length 13

@Hello -  We have customer ids that are of 15 characters. All other customer id fields are 15 characters, except for PAYMENT_ID_CUST.CUST_ID. Is there a reason behind this? When we are running the lockbox process the customer id doesnt load. The project needs to see both customer id, and item information.
