Uninstall Tuxedo 12.1.1 Rolling Patch stuck on Windows

I am trying to uninstall the Rolling Patch 94 for Tuxedo 12.1.1. I have tried to uninstall via 'Program' as well as via Command line "Tux12gR1RP_uninstallMain.exe" after setting up all the required environment variables but the uninstaller gets stuck at very first step "Preparing". I need to uninstall and then reinstall the same RP to fix my connection problem to PeopleSoft Application Designer via 3-tier.
