How do you create the Timespan for the Prior period Balance

Hi

The timespan when queried in January 2018 should get Dec 2017 Balance and in Feb 2018 would get the Jan 2018 Balance.

I am able to get the straight forward Periods in the same year but when the year is changing that is when i am having the issue.

Using the Detail Calender - Monthly (Jan to Dec)
