Scheduling A Job based on Query Result

Dear All

We are using PSFSCM 9.2 PT: 8.53 and no image update. I would like to add a job and schedule it to get a printout of all requisition or specific requisition and email it to relevant requester based on his approved requisition of today.

Where to add the job and how to schedule it is known to me. An email sent to every requester based on his today's approval is a challenge as well as if there's no requisition approved today there should be no email or at least blank email should be sent to him. Any guidance in this context will be highly appreciated.
