Retek Tree Subfolders Missing After Clicking the "View Reports" sub folder.

in Retail Merchandising System (MOSC) Question

Hi - I am having an issue with regards to missing subfolder after clicking a specific folder "View Reports". I am running RMS 10.1 in 11g DB through IE 11 and Java version 8 update 161. From the image below, I clicked the "View Reports" nothing pops up then missing subfolders happen. Anyone has an idea? Thanks in advance.
