How to use parameters passed to a Siebel Portlets

Hi All ,

This is regarding Siebel portlets . If anyone has worked on any similar requirement / has any idea about the solution , could you please suggest some solution . Any advice will be greatly helpful.

Requirement -> We are sending emails from Siebel and there wil be a link to siebel portlet inside the email . On clicking it, the portal(siebel portlet) should open and it should use the values from the email (like email address, First name and last name) and use while we create a record or do some other activity.

1) Or can we invoke a BS when calling a Siebel Portlet using the below URL,
