How do you tell what delivered components are eligible for Classic Plus?

Update: I found a page to manage this online by reviewing this separate document, but did not see the page in PeopleBooks. It appears that it has a table with the original status from Oracle in EOCP_PNLGRP.EOCP_SYS_ENABLED. 

We are exploring ClassicPlus, but are confused on how to identify what has been delivered based on the order we applied the changes. When reviewing the update we keep a current tools version (8.55) and update the most current PUM instance in this environment (26 at the time). Because we had not applied tools in this version we don't see the new Classic Plus Component Property (believe this is PSPNLGRP.PNLGRPUSE)*, but the release notes on the images have indicated that  lots of components were modified to include compatibility with Classic Plus. We then took a copy of our 8.55.21/26 environment
