Adv collections - using same employee for creating collectors with different names
We place customer on Do not Call, Service Transfer etc by assigning a collector defined with this name.
In the Collectors form, we give Collector name as DO NOT CALL, SERVICE TRANSFER etc and we assign this collector to the customer. We are using same employee for creating these multiple collectors with different names since we do want to create employees with this name in the HR system. Please advise is there any impact if same employee is used for defining collectors with different names in Advanced collections.
