Adjustment Periods in TimeSpan

We have a timespan to pick up data (primarily budget/forecast information) for all future periods in the fiscal year.  We've included adjustment periods in the timespan (we have one for each month), but the adjustment period for the current period is being picked up in the "future" timespan.   Example of the issue is running an nVision report with an as-of date of 2/28/18.  Period 907 is included in the "future" data, but should not be.  Below is a screen shot of the timespan (note:  our calendar is 8/1 - 7/31; 2/28 is period 7).  Any recommendations for modifying the timespan
