PT 8.55.14 PRODUCT PATCH: LDAP ERROR - THE VALUE IS TOO LONG FOR THE FIELD

We are encountering the error THE VALUE IS TOO LONG FOR THE FIELD. Then I found this patch where this bug will be fixed.

But, I cannot find the resolution for this bug using the bug ID in the patch notes (24916220). I just wanted to ask if there is a way to know the resolution of the bug without applying patch.
