Comprehensive Customer View / Customer 360 by Parent Customer

Does anyone have any experience with implementing Comprehensive Customer View?  If so, have you seen the need to be able to search based on Parent Customers, which are not designated as Bill To Customers?  We are looking at implementing the Comprehensive Customer View but anticipate the business will want this search to allow Parent Customer view with data from all Child Customers included.
