OSP Challan number not getting generated(India Localization)

Hello,

For India Localization we have defined the document sequence for OSP challan but when we approve the dispatch in the Oracle Financial Of India > Transactions > Outside Processing screen , there is no form number(challan number) getting generated).

What should we check why the number is not getting generated?
