How does collections level of Account work with Multi-Org?

If I choose a collections level of Account, but an account has different sites linked to different operating units, can I assign different strategies to the same account for each OU?

Or does running at account level mean that I am collecting payments for all sites (across all OUs) that are assigned to the account?
