Item Request message from Sim to RMS in stuck rms-Rib in V16.0

Hi ,

We have performed Item request in Sim ,Item Quantity is zero at WH location.

Item Request message is not flown from sim to Rms

The message is stuck in RMS-Rib with below error:

rib-rms_InvReq_sub

com.retek.rib.collab.RibAPIException: Error from {call RMSSUB_INVREQ.CONSUME(?,?,?,?,?)}: [E] Order has not been approved.

Note : Supplier is marked as DSD in RMS,updated in SIM at Supplier Table.

           Environment version of RMS :16.0

Need few suggestions about on this Issue,thanks in advance.
