Does Fusion allow us the ability to show time stamp information in the report when a transaction is

Hi All,

I want to know, if a transaction is loaded to the platform, is updated through credit logic and is then updated manually...is it possible to see a report showing these 3 activities with timestamps.

Could you please help me on this.
