Markup % is displaying is zero at Retail by zone window in RMS V16.0

in Retail Merchandising System (MOSC) Question

Hi All,

We are working on RMS V16.0,During an item creation Markup % displaying as zero at Retail by Zone window but markup percentage is applying on cost of an item.

Need suggestions if you came across this issue.
