What kind of images can be displayed on HomePage Tiles?

Tools 8.56.01 - My HR team would like to upload custom images and attach them to the Tiles we use on our HomePages. I know how to upload images in Portal>Branding>Branding Objects but when I uploaded a .jpg file, I was unable to select it under Fluid Attributes, Tile Information Image name under Structure and Content.

Can we use only certain file types?
