Fluild Approval page On readystate error

Hi,

We have recently went live with PT 8.55.12 to PT 8.55.21 and recently we started receiving error when go to click on the Journal or Voucher approval on the fluid page. Could someone guide what could be causing this issue? Is this could be tools bug? Any known bugs / resolution
