SQR 11.1.2 software download and installation link

in Financials for India - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi ,

we have tried downloading SQR 11.1.2 from below link ,

http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/epm/downloads/sqr-prod-reporting-1112x-2409232.html

After installing SQR ,we are unable those executables like sqr,sqrt and sqrp .....

it will be great if you redirt me to the correct link to downlaod SQR 11.1.2
