PS_BANK_STMT_TBL - RECORD_SEQ_NUMBER

Since upgrading to Financials 9.2, the RECORD_SEQ_NUMBER in the PS_BANK_STMT_TBL has been really whacky.  It no longer seems to be in any type of sequential order.  Has anyone one else noticed this?  Is this something that I should be concerned about?  As an example, the RECORD_SEQ_NUMBER from my latest RECON_CYCLE_NBR are as follows: 951, 952, 953, 954,... 959, 9510, 9511, 9512, 9513 ... 9567.   It appears as if the RECORD_SEQ_NUMBER is always starting with a 95.  Any ideas as to why this is happening?
