AP Users being taken back to fields they have already entered on a voucher

Recently upgraded to 9.2 PUM 24 and AP Users are now having issues with being taken back to fields they have already entered data in when entering chartfield data on the distribution lines of the voucher and it wipes out the data they entered in the fields past the one they are being taken back to.  It seems as if the users are typing faster than the system can keep up.  Are there any settings or configuration that can be done to prevent this from happening?
