We just started (beginning Thursday 3/29/2018) having issues with 3-tier nvision users getting  ps nvision designer- designer failed to connect to ps nvision , when trying to open a report

Method 'OpenReport' of object 'INvsDesigner' failed

Has anyone else encountered this issue?

We have tried what is in

We are Peoplesoft 9.2 image 11 and tools 8.55.05 it has been working since Oct 2017.

User clients are Win 7 professional 64-bit and Office 2016 64bit

Note 3-tier app designer connects fine.
