Receiving information is not flowing from SIm to RMS,Stuck at RMS rib

in Retail Merchandising System (MOSC) Question

Hi ,

I have raised a Purchase Order to Store,Received in SIM

But receiving information is stuck in RMS Rib with below error

com.retek.rib.collab.RibAPIException: Error from {call RMSSUB_RECEIVING.CONSUME(?,?,?,?,?,?)}: [E] The required input parameter I_vat_region of program TAX_SQL.FETCH_VAT_APPL_TYPE is null. 0

Note : We have Vat Setup in our environment,We have associated  Vat region to Department,Supplier and Location Level.

Version:16.0

Need Suggestions on this issue,thanks in advance.
