Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Reclass batch - Edit Check/Constraint on Approved Orders

We are using RMS v9 and the reclass batch have a edit check/constraint not to reclass any item that belongs to an order in approved status.

May we know why such logic is there? What will be the impact if we remove it?
