OIM 11.1.2.2 User does not have permissions on the request.

Hi All,

Can you please help,

Suddenly oim users cannot aprove requests made o theirs subordinates.

The requests are made by a user(lets suppose user1) from an operational team to other user (lets suppose User 2). The manager from user2 receives the email to aprove the request but suddenly, without any change on the system or in the users, they start to receive the following error:

All users are from the same organization, and have the same Roles assigned.

IAM2050075 : User User2 does not have permissions on the request xxx.

Can you please help?
