Tools 8.56.01 - Is there a way to put a generic image on the Personal Details Tile?

We are HCM 9.2 upgrading to Tools 8.56.01. HR does not want to use employee photos but would like an image displayed on the delivered fluid Personal Details Tile on the Employee Self Service homepage.

Has anyone else added an image that everyone sees on the Personal Details tile? I changed the image on the fluid attributes under Structure and Content>Fluid Structure Content>Fluid Pages>Employee Self Service but that image never did appear. I dont see anyway to change it on the fluid page itself because there is no Static Image Properties window on this page HR_PERS_DTLS_FL and component HR_PERS_DTLS_FL.
