Looking for UPGOPT Project for Upgrade in HCM 9.0-HCM 9.2 PI9

Looking for UPGOPT Project for Upgrade in HCM 9.0-HCM 9.2 PI9 Upgrade Image

  Using PeopleSoft Human Capital Management Upgrade Home Page ( Doc ID 1959519.2  ):

Downloaded and Installed "HCM 9.2.001 Upgrade Source Image - Virtual Box."

Downloaded Change Assistant Templates from same Doc.

After loading project in PSCA, Task 2-1-1 Fails:

" Searching for file of \projects\HCM90\UPGOPT – Unsuccessful:File Not Found."

The Project is Not found in the APP_HOME or PS_HOME.

I searched several docs looking for 'Required for Upgrade ", RequiredForUpgrade.exe or other patches. 

The only Doc I found that may have been helpful :

E-UPG: Where are the UPGOPT Project, UPGCONVERT Project, UPG_REQ_DATA or RequiredForUpgrade.exe Files for 9.1 Upgrades? (
