Cancel Reason Unavailable On AP Payment Cancellation Page

End users would like to add a cancel reason when voiding or stopping a payment on the payment cancellation page.  We informed users there was no cancel reason field available.  However, when looking through PeopleBooks and the page in App Designer there is a CAN_REASON field.  The field does not appear on our payment cancellation page - is it only available for Treasury / Financial Gateway?  We are on release 9.1, will Cancel Reason be available for payments made through Payables in release 9.2?
