Payment And Voucher Attachments In Payables

Is the Payables > Regualar Entry > Invoice Information page the only place where documents can be attached in Payables?  Can attachments be uploaded on any other pages in payables such as payment cancellation or other payment related pages? We are using PeopleSoft 9.1.  Is it available in 9.1?  If not, will it be available in 9.2?  Thanks.
