How to Migrate password and password history of all users from Oracle Waveset to OIG11gR2 PS3?

Reference to the Doc - Oracle Waveset - Status Of The OW2OIM (Oracle Waveset To Oracle Identity Manager) Migration Utility (Doc ID 1389497.1)

The OW2OIM Migration Toolkit is no longer available to customers directly because of the fact that a large percentage of the Oracle Waveset environment will not, even with the toolkit, migrate automatically to Oracle Identity Manager. This specifically relates to the workflows, which will not automatically migrate to OIM. Because of this, we're being directed to request that customers contact their account management team if they want to proceed with the Oracle Waveset to OIM (OW2OIM) migration. The customer's account management team will help them scope the requirements and plan the upgrade in a proactive manner.
