Unable to open nVision layout containing macros

Hello,

I have a Matrix nvision layout with several macros on it. The macros were created in "<layout name>.xlsm" and then the file extension changed to "<layout name>.xnv" and then the layout put on our production servers. Once a user created a report request for the layout from PIA, the reports were successfully generated under Report Manager as "<layout name>.xlsm". This was fine when we were on image 9.20, however we recently upgraded to image 9.25 and the layouts are not generating and the NVSRUN process is stuck on Initiated.

Has anyone encountered this issue after going to PUM 25? Is there some configuration change that needs to be made?
