nVision: Process Request shows status of 'INITIATED' or 'PROCESSING' but no longer running

Hi team,

PT 8.55.16, APP 9.2

When we try to run nvision proces, it shows below error;

Process Request shows status of 'INITIATED' or 'PROCESSING' but no longer running    

1724: 1523544177: PSPAL::Abort: Unrecoverable exception received

1724: 1523544177: PSPAL::Abort: Location: E:\pt85516b-retail\peopletools\src\pspal\exception_winunhandled.cpp:577: PSPAL::UnhandledExceptionFilter::RecoverableExceptionFilter

1724: 1523544177: PSPAL::Abort: Abort diagnostics generation is currently disabled

1724: 1523544177: PSPAL::Abort: Terminating process now.

Could you assist us?
