What controls the list of models available for creating new Analytics?

In HRMS, From the My Team page, when I press the My Analytics tab, then the Plus icon (+), I arrive on the Create Analytics page.  In the drop down for “What kind of analytics would you like to create?” I have two options. Those options appear to be the Pivot Grid descriptions of the Page Level Related Content for the “My Team” component.

Why are there only two options listed, when there are six Pivot Grids configured for the component.

  Or… Why is the option “Performance vs. Compa-Ratio” NOT listed in the drop down?
