PeopleSoft - Cashnet ( Higherone) hosted payment fails Intermittently
We are using cashnet (Higherone) hosted payment option in our PeopleSoft system, our payment process is failing intermittently, we contacted the Higherone and they told us the issue is from our side, the users are getting, timeout error, then it goes to higheron attention bucket on their side, when we resubmit it, it works fine.
Cashnet connect to PeopleSoft application server(Jolt) port directly and does the payment posting, we could not able to find any issue on our Firewall or F5 or PS application server logs file, Is any one have any idea how to debug higherone/cashnet payment process in Peoplesoft.
