Schedule Analyzer Tool - what is the possible tool to be used in Oracle?

I have a requirement to analyze different projects spread across the organization. These are maintained in multiple files - Sharepoint, Old P3, Old P6 etc.

To analyze and use this historical data - the end users have agreed to clean up this and import in existing P6 15.1.4 format. However, i want to know the available tool and functionality in Oracle's huge range of analysis tools for this purpose. These are huge projects that are spread across 10 years plus. Can we use PERT /P6 Risk tool for this purpose?
