wls_soa1 fails during idm install at startup phase

Hi Experts,

LCM IDM installation is failing during startup phase since wls_soa1 managed server failed to startup due to below error. When I tried to start wls_soa1 MS manually, it came up without any issues. Not sure why its failing during startup phase. Can you please help us to resolve this issue.
