Workflow having commit inside errors

Hi All,

Am new to workflow ,as am working one project work flow related issue came

I have analysed and find out below errors

Issue1 :. 3144: Commit happened while processing activity for XXAA Activity (N number issues like this)

Issue2 :[WF_ERROR] ERROR_MESSAGE=3835: Error '-20002 - ORA-20002: 2018: Unable to generate the notification XML ->when i try to check same code from back end its coming and able to see notification in html format as well.

How can we  avoid/not to occur these type of issue in future
