Change Strategy APP-IEX-240396 Updates of Strategy Failed

Hello, I wonder if anyone could help with this issue

The results of a search on the above were not great; it only returned 3 x Bugs

So basically, in the main Collections form (IEXRCALL) we are trying to change the Strategy

That then throws the error in the Subject

The are some s/shots of this in the attached

Can anyone help. As with previous posts in this space, we are a bit short in expertise in the Collections space
