How do we hide or remove Fluid Home Action List items?

Hi,

We have requirement to remove the "Travel Authorization" from the action list menu. This list seems dynamic or contextual based on the fluid page we are in. In this case this "Travel Authorization" appears if we navigate to Fluid Expense report and my Expense report. Is there any config or security change we can do it remove this?
