Customized documentation
We are in the process of upgrading to HCM 9.2. Because we have several bolt-on subsystems, we have developed extensive online help for those new pages. We have also customized some of the delivered functions.
The old model for online help was thoroughly documents, such that we were able to integrate our custom help with the delivered help. If we have customized a page, then our custom documentation is offered as an option along with the delivered documentation when the help link is clicked. That does not seem to be the case with the new online help model, neither with the description of the help documentation (how the help works, and what is needed to insert new help), nor in the option provided for alternate help documentation.
