ODSM console error

Hi,

My Environment

OEL 6.7 64 bit

Oracle Internet Directory 11.1.1.9

Database 11.2.0.4

I have installed OID on a server. All the services are UP, but when i access ODSM console, only HOME page is visible. All other tabs like data source,Schema,Security and Advanced tabs display this error message:
