Error creating a contract

Hi all,

We are implementing RMS V16, when we create a contract, it sends us the following error, "There was an error in the database due to an violation of integrity restriction. Please contact the system administrator"

The error does not tell us, in what field we are causing conflict, do you have any idea what this is doing wrong?
