OIF 12c - Pending Approvals screen shows Error showing tasklist. Possible reasons could be : 1. SOA

Hi experts. I have installed a 12cPS3 environment using quick installer. I followed every step and everything seemed to work fine.

However, I configured a basic requesterManager workflow for Provision App Instance and Modify Accounts operations. Requester can raise request fine. But when logging with its manager, and going to Pending Approvals screen, I get a blank screen with the following message:

Error showing tasklist. Possible reasons could be : 1. SOA server connection information is not available. 2. If it is run in federated mode, the default server may be down.

Stacktrace on OIM shows:

Caused By: ORABPEL-10509

User not found.

User "usuarioa.manager" is not found in configuration "jazn.com"
