Are there any oracle recommended tools available for migrating the Data and the application configuration from Oracle EBS R12 to Oracle Fusion Apps(SaaS).

Assuming the customer is currently in the on-premises implementation and wants to move to Oracle SaaS for Fusion Application (ERP). what is the quickies way to achieve this data and configuration migration?
