Getting 'Function 'OnReadyState' Error: SyntaxError' error when performing searching in Company Dire

Getting 'Function 'OnReadyState' Error: SyntaxError' error message and then gets kicked out of the application when performing searching for Company Directory.

I am able to all the indices like ptportalregistry, hr_job_data and company directory. I can sear all job-data and PeopleTools search successfully. The issue is only happening to Company Directory. It displays the result but when I click on the indexes, I get kicked out of the application. I tried implementing the solution provided in below DOC ID but nothing happens.

We are on PT 8.55.15, HCM 9.2 PUM 24, Elastic Search 2.3.2.
